STAY AWAY FROM VOX TELECOM WITH EVERY DROP OF BLOOD YOU HAVE IN YOU. THEIR CONTRACT IS MONTH TO MONTH AND WHEN IT'S CANCELLED YOU PAY R2800+ CHARGES! STAY AWAY BY ALL MEANS!

IF YOU OWE THEM LESS THAN A R1K AND MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS, THEY STILL HAND YOU OVER TO ATTORNEYS TO COLLECT!

Kindly note that Vox conditionally waivers the Setup/Configuration and Installation charges for the activation of the fibre services upon sign up, on the condition that the services remain active for 12 months.
 
Should the service be cancelled within the 12 month period, the conditionally waivered Setup/Configuration and Installation charge is billed back to the account.

Reviewer Update
I was not told about this when I signed up, I was told it was a month-to-month contract with a free connection and that is why I signed up with you. I will not be paying the cancellation, I made payment arrangements on time I do not know why the termination quote was. You can run to the Highest court or until you turn red in the face.
