Vox Telecom is a joke
They don't even deserve one star, horrible service and they tell you one thing when you sign up and the next when there are issues. I was told that it's a month to month contract and now that I want to cancel it has changed. There's so many fees that are changed suddenly. They are ****mers!

As per the Subscriber Agreement, Vox waivers the Set Up and Configuration/ Installation Fees upon signup on the condition that the Service remains active for a minimum period of 12 months.
If cancelled prematurely, there will be penalty fees involved.
