vox telecom is a ****ed up service provider exploiting people

****ed up service, firstly this is the month to month service I took, I have not had internet for two months and yet I am still paying, now suddenly I owe R2k as they are forcing me to cancel and nothing on the agreement states this. I am super angry as I am paying for a non-existant service.
