The company bills people unnecessary high rediculous money, I last stopped using their services sometime in August 2022 , when I was owing R600.00 in December 2022 boom I get a statement that I owe. R3000.00, I mean like how cruel that can be? On top of that I keep on getting calls from their rude operators also I sent them an email requesting a breakdown of the amount because I wanted to understand how did I accumulate that high amount of money when I knew to have been owing them R600 and this email was sent in December 2022 till to this day I have never gotten their response.. one day a lady called and she told me I am being billed for calls and emails and I simply asked her not to call not send me Emails again because I did not ask them to do that. And she was very rude when I asked her for a cost breakdown telling me she does not know and I asked her then why did you even call me ?
