Do not get into contract with Vox. The most highly unprofessional people yet they claim to be the best internet provider. I've been without internet for the past 3 days now. Their lines are a **** and not operated. They don't answer your emails even when you include your reference number. They give you auto responses with ticket numbers that they don't even bother to action. People, save your selves time, money and less stress by not joining them because you will be crying like me. I cc'ed all the emails found on their website and it is the 3rd day to and zero answer and im still without internet, account paid and query not resolved. Highly *********** and unprofessional bunch of thirsty money internet providers.
