Vox Telecom Incompetency
I wish there was a 0 star rating or better, negative rating. They took SADV over. So unprofessional, delivered a box to our security gate house, had to do the setup over the phone and for 2 or 3 months being with them i might have had WIFI for about 65% of the time. I was promised by the cancelation manager that the technical manager will call me to discuss the technical issues. Well, i waited and waited until i had to call myself. So ***********... with extremely poor service. I eventually cancelled my line and like a fool forgot to cancel my debit order:( They cancelled the service and still sent me an invoice and debited my account. I found a new provider and now i am battling to get VOX to release the line.

I am providing you with additional information on my query that you had to resolve. Your solution was to cancel my services effective 31 December 2022. Thank you. At mid-night 31 December 2022 my services was terminated. I appreciate it. You did however debit my account 03rd January 2023. For what service. When i asked you why, you said i have your router. Why would i return your router if you ********ly debited my account while we had no contract in place. Now, you are stooping so low, you ran to Vericred and told them, i dont want to pay my account! I told Iris and your accounts department, when i get my money back, you are more than welcome to come and pick up your router at our security gate house. Same place where you dropped it off! I was clear, i provided my bank with your documents that you cancelled my service and i got my money back. Your router is at the security gate.
