VOX TELECOM has no regard for client experience

If I could give a zero rating, I would. For the second time this month our internet has been off since 11 am on Thursday. The last time it was off from Thursday morning until Saturday evening and was only restored after numerous complaints from us and denials from them.

When you log an issue all they say is that they will escalate the matter. They never give turnaround times. They always blame Vumatel but cannot say when an issue is expected to be resolved.

I reached out on Twitter, they claimed that there is no issue in my area even though I provided a reference number. We have to be the ones running after them repeatedly asking for an update.

As clients we have no way of reaching out to Vumatel, otherwise we could. We can only contact the internet service provider being Vox. But Vox is extremely unhelpful.

The agent I just spoke to told me that I'm complaining to the wrong person and hung up on me and then I couldn't get through again after numerous attempts. I asked him to give me the correct contact person so I can complain to them. Then he hung up.

This is infuriating and shows that Vox Telecom have no regard for their clients.

Anyone considering them; DON'T. Avoid Vox Telecom. They are not worth it.

You pay for a service, you don't get.
