Vox telecom has by far the worst custoner service I have EVER experienced
Vox telecom has by far the worst custoner service I have EVER experienced. They delay sending out technicians to resolve issues. We have had internet connection issues for 2 months and im still waiting for a technician to come and see me. This week alone after making about 6/7 calls I still do not have a technician assisting me. People stay away from vox use a different internet service provider to avoid constant disappointment.
