vox telecom hardware invoice
I have been with vox for many years,out of the blue i get an invoice for r1999.i see another person has posted the same issue.Vox says its for unreturned hardware.they sent a courier to my house once in september last year and i wasnt at home.yet they never made arrangements to come and collect a second time , and tell me i must now arrange my own courier.my internet has now been cut off.vox doesnt seem to appreciate their customers and would rather use a heavy handed approach and risk losing cutomers as a result
