Vox Telecom FTTH Cancellation Fee

Was a loyal customer and evangelist using Fibre and VoIP services from them. No more. Moving home address, seemingly a small thing. Not so. They are charging me for cancellation and September's rent as well. Making this a costly R2,000 exercise just because my address has moved? Not on and will definitely be moving to another ISP. Get your **** together Vox and work something out for someone moving addresses. Or at least make cancellation terms more lenient if there are aspects out of your control.
