Vox Telecom for the win!

After waiting 4 months for Vodacom, and after they have been unable to furnish me with any type of feedback I cancelled my order with them. The same day, I see a post on Facebook, I sent a message and within minutes I received a phone call from their Sales Manager, Andriaan Buitendag. After a brief phone call about packages, he sent me necessary application docs and opened my account. I was connected within 2 weeks. I was kept up to date, every step of the way, of where exactly my order is in the queue. The technicians that came to my house were professional and efficient.
