VOX telecom Fibre: Very Bad Service -Don't use

I have had a very bad experience with VOX. Having considered them for fibre and accepted the contract, I cancelled my telkom ADSL with a month's notice, on the understanding that VOX would install within that time. I sent reminders of the deadline every week to the sales person. In the last week, now very concerned I contacted them by phone to find out that they had bungled the order completely, and the process has to start all over again. They had recommended a fibre provider which doesn't service the complex and didn't bother to rectify. It took me hours of chasing and querying what the hold up was. So now I sit with no connection indefinitely, since my current provider has cancelled. Since then, VOX has been difficult to get hold of, and they don't seem that concerned at my situation. I would strongly dissuade anyone considering VOX, not to use them, they don't seem to be good operators.
