VOX Telecom (fibre) .... Toally beyond **** .... worst ISP ever

OMG ... this must be not only South Africa but the World's worst internet service provider. I signed up in October, someone came and intastalled the cable in November and the orange light (I was told) was not coming on so another team would have to come round. I have been waiting and calling them to check when the next team will come and no one seems to know what the FXXK is going on.

I was assigned a so called ''Project Manager" and an "Account Manager" ... but like really waht good are they if they can't even get me an AEX status and get me live ... let alone even call to let me know what is the hold up.

Worst decision ever made to join VOX ... when I moved to a new complex in Weltevreden Park.

Tis is certainly not the first time I've had fibre ... when I lived in the East Rand was with Fredd who sent TConnet to do the installation and I was up and running within a week ... in fact with TConnect the Technician did not live until I was connected and live. I signed up and they called me me an appointment and within a week was up and running. No chasing after TConnect and Fredd ... not crazy unreturned calls... no lack of answers... just pure friendliness, efficiency, reliablitily, professionalism, dynamic and totally driven to ensure installation done and client is live.

Now VOX ... well that's another story .... totally beyond ****!!!!! If only I had not because SA now has tons of ISPs to choose from ... really worst company ever!!!
