Vox telecom failing to answer domain transfers

I have tried in vain for the past month to get Vox telecom to authorize a domain transfer coming from Afrihost.<br> <br> I have called Vox telecom several times and was advised to email [Email Removed] who then said I need to email a company letter signed stating that I want to cancel / transfer the domains and the reasons for doing so.<br> <br> I have comp**** to this and still my transfer requests go unanswered.<br> <br> I feel this is becoming an issue and should Voxtelecom fail to comply with the transfer request I will lodge formal complaints with the Domain registrars against Voxtelecom. <br> <br> Mimic is the rightful owner of these domains.
