Vox Telecom fail!

So I got this backup battery system for my fibre connection and router and it has been working fine the last couple of instances when Eskom loses its spark. But I had a visit from Murphy whom love this scenario, especially when things costs money, it will break or completely fail at the least expected time. So currently I'm a bit pee'd off and using my Vodacom data to write this review as the battery backup means nothing if the Vumatel switch also loses power. Don't really know who is to blame but let's thank Eskom! Without whom I wouldn't have known about this ****. So now my message is directed at Vox for advertising and selling a solution to curb load shedding, costing a pretty penny but is failing because of the aforementioned condition, which they do not mentioned when they sell the product but which they exempt themselves from in the small print somewhere. So this Vox solution has now officially become a door stopper.
