VOX TELECOM ?

So the question I'm asked is to share my views to help other users make their decision. We'll my first reply would be to NOT use Vox Telecom. Their service is average at BEST but then deteriorate quite quickly. I have not ONCE got the service I'm paying for. And if you complain about the line speed they send you this very condescending mail asking if you would like to upgrade to a faster package? What for ? the service and speed would stay the same !! but boy oh boy at the end of the month the bill for "services" is very promptly sent. USE SOMEONE ELSE. BE WARNED! Kind regards
