Vox Telecom - Disgraceful service provider

In the future when considering a FTTH installation, please do not consider Vox Telecom as an option, they are great with initial setup but service post installation is disgraceful.

Brief explanation below,

Fiber cable damage occurs within the fiber box, responsibility as to who is responsible for the associated cost is determined by Vox Telecom & Octotel which i disagree with, however i accept the charge for repair, After countless emails to each and every department within Vox Telecom and Octotel with documented evidence of my request of repair, no repair is affected and it takes almost a full month before this repair take place, during this time i had connectivity and i used the online Vox Telecom portal and track the no connectivity provided, i have received a full invoice for no service rendered.

Vox Telecom not being able to understand even though the objective evidence is clear as the above taking place, will not consider a pro-rata payment for this invoice with 27 days of no service provided have handed this case over to the attorneys.

If anyone has any advice on this matter besides making payment, from a legal perspective option, please comment it will be much appreciated.
