Vox Telecom disaster

<div>There have been numerous emails I have sent to VOX requesting a copy of my contract. I have been ignored by accounts@vox, === and ===. Whenever I try calling threw, it seems Vox doesn't have any staff available as calls are never answered. Vox is quick to send a suspension notice but can never respond to their paying customers on time. Further to that, their services in my area is forever down. I would not recommend Vox to anyone. Completely unprofessional.</div>
