VOX telecom debit order ****

Vox telecom debited my bank account on the 15th of October 2018 for an amount of R230.00 When I contact them with regards to the unauthorised debit instruction. I was told I had opted for a hosting service. I told them it's a ********** activity and I want my money back. as i did not subscribe to any service. I am unemployed single mother who is living in Soweto township. so that money makes a difference in my child' life. I have been talking to various people at VOX and no one has been able to assist me. I believe they are working with ****** who are able to still peoples information. They don't have my signature, my proof of residence, my voice confirmation or my certified id copy. They are not a law abiding corporation. They business is to ***** from the poor in particular black people.
