Vox Telecom continues to bill even after account is cancelled

Vox has an extremely poor account management system. We cancelled an account in October last but they continued to bill us up till March this year. Last month (2 weeks ago) they informed us that they will rectify the account and we were surprised by a letter of demand that arrived today!!
