Vox Telecom = Clueless Dummies

I have signed up with Vox Telecom and its been a nightmare!!!!!! I have been following up everyday for almost a solid 7days and im still not connected. I get to speak to someone and i get transferred and promised the world but nothing. Mweb, Initio360 and Vodacom is live in my area and people are enjoying the service and im trying to get my services up with Vox with no joy and no one is willing to assist. I need my order to be attended to immediately as this is shocking customer service. My ONT is installed and i have a solid Broadband light, all i need is to be activated, username, password and my router to be sent............... If i dont receive a call by this afternoon, please cancel my order release my line immediately so i can sign up with another ISP. ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
