For once, a positive review.

I received an email yesterday, from Vox Telecom, indicating that my line will be upgraded, free of any additional charge, from 01 April to 30 June, at double or as close as possible. In this case, my 20mbps line is being upgraded to a 50mbps line.

Their reasoning is, with people having to stay home during the COVID-19 crises, they want to ensure that their customers are having something to look forward to. Thank you Vox, I have beaten you with a big stick in the past, but this time you really came through. Well done.
