Vox Telecom

very poor in how this telecom company handles queries. A month ago, I app**** for their 100/100 upload/download option A MONTH AGO, still waiting. Their technician came and plugged things and without explaining what and left last night and said that I should call when some light turns green I should call Vox so they can configure. The stupid thing is still hasn't turned green and the 3 managers i called keep telling me that they'll get back at me and NO ONE EVER DOES! I took the deal so i can work from home and as a sales person, i need to work to make an income, for A WHOLE MONTH I haven't been making any income waiting for them to install their thing which is said by their marketing to only take a max of 2 months.

Management and employees of Vox Telecom that have failed me are: Leigh Jefferies,Colleen ****son,Retian Meyer, Werner Labuschagne, Tebogo Lamola (first Technician that came and promised to have the matter sorted latest by Tuesday), and Bernie Coetzer (the technician's manager whose direct line work phone always goes unanswered).

I am beyond defeated by the below disappointing service Vox Telecom renders. Disgusting!
