Vox telecom can't after a month sort a small issue

I moved to Cape Town and is currently renting a house with a fibre line already installed.

So I got a Internet Contract through DSL on the 14th of March. Since then I had so much trouble getting the line released from previous person who stayed there to release line. (The owner I am renting from does not even know that person).

I have contacted DSL so many times and they stated that VoX telecom are the ones that needs to assist us with releasing the line. Its over a month since I ask for internet for someone just to release the line?? My business that I run from home needs internet, and this is causing a back fall of work or even business that is being cancelled.

Super bad service!! I mean really, over a month just to release a line?
