Vox Telecom Cancelled Account

Cancelled my account in January. Paid R2100 as cancellation fee and final wifi instalment but still I get billed and I am not even using the wifi??!! Now they want to hand me over? BUT MY ACCOUNT IS CANCELLED?? Harassment
