Vox telecom cancellations

To give this place even a star for service is absolutely mind blowing. I have been calling the entire day with someone putting me onhold for appr 5 times today. I was charged for not using the service. I was then charged within a matter of an hour a cancellation fee. I cannot withdraw the cancellation. they will charge me for reactivation ? so how do you actually get out of this deal without being charged for it. Example if I am planning to move. They are charging me an amount of 2738 to cancel. They will only collect the equipment in a month so I am also responsible for that? Now I cannot withdraw the cancellation either.
