I am back here again for the same campany,Vox Telecom….The pits!after today,I am definitely looking for a different service provider. The WiFi got disconnected on Saturday afternoon,it hasn’t been working since.Trying to get assistance from this Campany is a total nightmare….😭It’s as if they are doing you a favour….I am tired of the apologies.
I called this morning spoke to Dian she sad she will call me back she didn’t even bother!I have been on the phone since 9 o’clock today it’s 15:00 now,I still have not received any assistance!
Vox Telecom is by far the MOST Useless company I have ever had to deal with!
