Vox Telecom - beware of their behaviour and 'fine prints' in contract

PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!! VOX telecom They upgrade customer packages without client's permission and then charge higher prices. I had a 35/25 package which according to VOX was discontinued. They unilaterally and without my permission upgraded my package to 50/50. It was NOT the normal annual increase that they BRAG about is in the FINE PRINT of their contract. Please be aware. To downgrade is a lengthy process with incorrect quotations. Why not do the upgrades as precise as the downgrade of packages? I had a contract for 35/25 since December 2020. No from 1 April this speed was discontinued and without my permission upgrades to 50/50 at a higher price. I was never given a choice of up- or downgrade to 25/25 before they unilaterally upgrades. Then they started harassing me on short payment and threats of suspending fibre because I have paid my normal amount according to 35/25 speed. Thus 92% of the new tariff was paid but they threaten and harass me with suspension. The quote for the 25/25 had to be signed (why not same when upgrading at a higher cost?) but I deleted the stipulation that router of few thousand rand will have to be paid if contract is cancelled within 2 years. I deleted it because the routes was installed in 2020 already. According to VOX the deletion was not allowed?!!! Evantually I signed the contract with an email from VOX office that this stipulation will not be enforced. So I paid for my 25/25 package for June but on 13 June the fibre was suspended because according to them I owe them money for the 50/50 ........ Please warn customers.
