Vox Telecom bad Service

A Team from Vox Telecoms came to my house on the 10th of September. Two bakkies arrived with Open Serve printed on the doors and Lekelele on the back side panels. The technicians had Vox overalls on and a Vox Laptop. Which indicates that this was a team from Vox Telecoms and not from Open Serve. The Line was pulled from the pole in my yard into my house. They installed a Huawei converter box and a Huawei ONT box and a Mikrotik router. However they couldn't finish the installation as it was to late to get logon details from Vox and to dark to check cable connection as the signal was not strong enough. Wednesday the 11th of September they came back again three bakkies this time to try and fix the signal problem on the line. They then came back on Thursday and Friday still three bakkies at a time and could not fix the line. I contacted Vox on monday the 16th and Tuesday the 17th to find out what;s going on they advised that Open Serve are awaiting for delivery of new main cable. On Wednesday 18 of September a specialist from Open Serve arrived at my home and after some testing fixed the signal issue by re-splicing the the cable at the pole. He gave me the B number and line number and also confirmed that the original installation team was from Vox and not from Open Serve. I Contacted Vox with this information and they advised that they will update the system with the handover details and escalated it to the Vox installation team for activation and final configuration. Contacted them again on Thursday 19th of September to follow up on the progress jut to hear that Open Serve are waiting for new cable I explained to the Vox help desk agent that the line was fixed and again supp**** the B number. Contacted Vox again on Friday the 20th of September just to hear that they are awaiting for Open Serve to handover the line I gave this help desk agent the B number again explaining again that the line have been fix and that Vox needs to do the final configuration an activation. I was later contacted by Vox a agent who said they received the confirmation from Open Serve and that they will send a Vox technician to come and do the installation either that day Friday the 20th of September or today Monday the 23rd of September and stated that I won't have to wait the 72 hour time period . Phoned them today and again it's back to waiting for Open Serve to do the line handover. I explained to the Vox help desk agent again that the line was fixed on the 18th and that the B number have been given to Vox he confirmed that he sees the B number on the system and will escalate it to the final installation team. About 30 min later a Open Server technician arrived and confirmed everything is working I phone Vox again and the Open Serve Technician spoke to them and confirmed the line status again. I feel like Vox are giving me the run around and the final installation and activation are getting nowhere. The bottom line are that the line installation was done by a Vox team that mess up the installation and couldn't fix the line between 3 teams ( 3 bakkies) that where at my house from Wednesday 11th of September to Friday 13th of September and after this playing a blame game blaming Open Serve who actually fixed the line instead of taking responsibility for their own mistakes. As this was clearly a installation fault on Vox side I think they should put in an better effort to get my Internet connection up and running.
