Vox telecom bad customer service

I've had terrible connection issues for over a month. The service provider is Vox and the actual line is with Vodacom. The issue seems to be with the Vodacom line, but the customer service and feedback from Vox is horrible! They have closed my ticket 4 times over the past month without the problem being fixed or me getting any feedback. **Only vox can log complaints and tickets with vodacom fibre and not the actual users.(This is why I'm complaing about Vox)
