Vox Telecom bad connectivity with poor service and no support.

What a complete letdown, at the beginning of lockdown I purchased a router (outright purchase) with a month to month data contract from VOX Telecom. Connectivity was so slow that we could not watch movies live through Netflix nor could my daughters do their schoolwork, taking up to 2 days to download a movie. Eventually I had no option but to cancel the data contract. I then tried to put a sim card from another service provider in my router but the router is locked and Vox telecom won't unlock/replace the router. I purchased the contract online through a lady by the name of Mrs Samantha Henning and she seems to be powerless to do anything.

PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM VOX TELECOM AS YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
