Vox Telecom = BAD BUSINESS!!!
I wish I came to read the reviews for their service on HelloPeter before I signed up to Vox ISP, I would definitely have looked for another service instead!
Signed up for Vox on the 3rd of March 2026. They had issues with the fibre line installed by OpenServe. Apparently the line was still occupied by AfriHost from the previous tenant. It took them ANOTHER week to request my debit order information that I had ALREADY supp**** when I signed up. Then it took them a third week to offer feedback on 26 March 2026 saying that the "area is not live yet" and that they had to place my order on hold because their is no fibre in the area, clearly oblivious to the first issue where the line was apparently "occupied by another ISP".
Do yourself a favour and look for another ISP, Vox DOES NOT want your business; Either they take weeks to respond OR they contradict themselves.
BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!
