Vox telecom are ****mers stay far away from them
I am vox telecom client. I took a month to month contract with them. I see them as ****mers because when they say month to month mean I pay they activate my services, if I did not pay for that month they can suspend my services. They suppose to say you have a contract with them period not using the term knowing that they want to collect their money every month from you. They must make you aware that you will pay them even if you not using their services for that month.

07 Aug 2024, 06:29Why my account was closed? It was on 60 days without a payment? I do not think so. What is the procedure to close account? Is not sign off by one of the managers? If yes I believe that manager is not fit for the job because you cannot sign off something without checking. That person close my account she/he can be fine at the mental institution not there. She/he need a serious help.
