VOX TELECOM ARE DISHONEST OPERATERS

I went to Vox to obtain a new Fibre internet connection and have never been so insulted and ****med by any business before. Here are the very condensed facts.

Their salesman telephonically confirmed to me that I would not be liable for a pro-Rata payment as they would ensure that the change over would be synchronised between the two ISP’s at the month end and he followed up this verbal communication with an e mail to confirm that. I used the fibre line for about 5 days when it became apparent that they were going to charge me, regardless of the undertaking by their salesman.

I communicated with them telephonically and by numerous e mail’s, but never once received any proper reply to my complaints, objections and questions. It was clear that no-one I could speak to had any authority whatsoever and everyone was very cautious with their choice of words. No-one at Vox acknowledged the e mail by their company representative. I sent them a copy asking for comments, but Vox simply continued to ****** me and their management remains totally anonymous and unapproachable. There is no ambiguity, everything is perfectly clear, I have the e mail from their (now ex salesman) in my possession. It originates from a Vox e mail address and Vox domain name with Vox logos and advertising, but they have not once even acknowledged or referred to it.

Something is seriously wrong at that company. Don’t use them for anything you can not deal with a bunch of ****** who can not be trusted and have no integrity, as you are bound to get cheated as well. I will end my relationship with them as soon as possible.
