Vox Telecom, another 1 star review for horrid service and support
Absolutely horrid experience with Vox. Their support is shocking — tickets are simply closed with made-up reasons and no real resolution. My persistent internet issues were never properly addressed. They sent out a technician who didn’t even bother to provide feedback or a follow-up.
To make matters worse, they suspended my line because I hadn’t paid a so-called cancellation fee — but I was never invoiced for it, and my service was still active at the time!
All-round terrible service. Poor communication, non-existent accountability, and no respect for the customer. Do yourself a favour and stay far away.

23 Jun 2025, 09:59Good day Jeff
Thank you for the review.
Please note that the details of your complaint has been sent to the debtors for assistance.
Kindly note that Vox conditionally waivers the Setup/Configuration and Installation charges for the activation of the fibre services upon sign up, on the condition that the services remain active for 12 months.
Should the service be cancelled within the 12 month period, the conditionally waivered Setup/Configuration and Installation charge is billed back to the account.
Regards
Vox

23 Jun 2025, 10:05Yes I have heard that multiple times. In fact, most times I called Vox support, you seem more interested in reclaiming the setup / configuration fee than actually resolving the line issues I experienced.
Yes I did cancel within the 12 month period, but I should not have to pay for any part of a service that does not provide what you advertised.
Better yet, how about you send me the applicable invoice, or should I just pay whatever you say !

27 Jun 2025, 12:08Again, I did get a call from your finance team, however nothing was resolved.
I was just told I would be handed over if I did not pay. So not sure what assistance was provided, more like a threat.
As mentioned previously, Vox seems more interested in reclaiming setup / configuration fees than actually providing good service and more importantly, than providing a working internet connection!
I have contacted Vox multiple times without response or resolution, so thanks for the offer to contact you again, but I decline.
