Vox Telecom and Vuma

Moved 3 weeks ago to new house. Been in contact with Vox 5 weeks and no joy. Is this how you tread you customers? Communication between Vox and Vuma is non exsisting! Vuma waiting on Vox and Vox waiting on Vuma. Can I get a salary check seeing I have to do your job? If my line is not conected with in 48hours, I will change to other provider. This is not accepible.
