Vox Telecom and Vodacom won’t take accountability to connect my WiFi

I do not know if it should be Vox telecom or Vodacom on the hot seat. My WiFi has been off since Friday and no one is taking accountability to fix it. I have called Vox so Many times so that I can be connected and 5 days later, I am still not connected. They keep blaming Vodacom, as their service provider but nothing has been done to assist me. My account is active. My son does extra classes on zoom at home and today he would have missed two days and he’s preparing for an exam. They keep telling me their investigating but no one has done nothing to show progress.
