Vox telecom and Tt connect

I must say the service so far from Vox is totally disgusting. My internet has been down since 15/10/2020. I am still waiting for a resolution. This contracting of **** providers like TT connect who have the worst service makes me vomit . And the problem is that they think they have us by the ***** and they can provide the ****tiest service and nothing can be done. You have to wait for them like they are paying you to use the service. Dear ISPs even you didnt realise everything is about internet now and for it to be down for 5 days is just bull**** to say the least. I want a deduction for all the days I did not have internet because I now had to buy data out of my own pocket to work from home.
