Vox Telecom and MTN is bad news

On 01 September my account jumped from R 149-00 per month to R 764.14<br> I've contacted Vox Telecom to explain why the amount is so high, they rep****, out of data usage. I've requested the itemized bill in order to check myself, I have not received any feedback from Vox Telecom.<br> On 01 October i was billed R 1876.08, again I contacted Vox Telecom with the same request as the previous month. Transferred from one person to another and nothing.<br> According to them they get the usage total from MTN and bill according to that.<br> *** !!!!!!<br> How many times must I phone, who must I speak to.<br> I am using my 3 G for my e-mail account. If they can proof that I have used the data without any other person being able to hi jack my account, i will be satisfied. But until then<br> Between Vox Telecom and MTN they are a no GO to any data user out there.
