Vox telecom and Frogfoot services.
Only after how many complaints and Hellopeter reviews and almost 2 months later, they eventually sorted out the problems. Kept passing the buck between Frogfoot, Vox and their 3rd party contractors. Will I recommend them, I'll tell my story first and if people then still want to use them, you have been warned. And not to mention the salesperson............. that is a story for another day.

21 May 2021, 08:26Just a correction please. Vox/Frogfoot didn't come in to "made the requested amendments to the installation", to came in to fix the mess ups they made from the beginning. And only after how many complaints and unnecessary phone calls and emails from me and reviews on Hellopeter. So don't come make it out as if I requested changes. Do your work right from the beginning and nobody will complain. Just look at how many other customers are complaining about the service from Vox/Frogfoot. It is pathetic.
