Vox Telecom - Amazing customer care

Vox Telecom's customer service is one of the best. It's rare to find customer service that responds to your requests/issues in a timely manner, keep you updated, and check after things are fixed if you are happy. I had speed issues with my ADSL internet (line owned and operated by Openserve), and they always responded quickly and made efforts to contact Openserve and have them fix the issue in a timely manner. ADSL issues are very annoying and I cannot wait for fibre; but till then, I have no worries that Vox will try to fix any issue that may arise in the meantime. A huge thanks to Graeme Beukes who has helped me and kept me in the loop regarding the fixing progress when I've had a issue. Much appreciated.
