Vox telecom

Hi everyone I would like to warn you guys about Vox telecom they send a door to door guy and I quote the guy said there’s a 30day free trial for the fiber only to find out there is no such thing 1st they sent an open serve guy to install a white internet box it was August it took two full weeks for them to deliver the router I’ve spent R70 airtime calling them mind u R70 for 3 minutes imagine. The router came around 30th of August i be struggled to configure the router even their technician they’ve sent an on-site technician after 3 days the fiber worked for one week then the sent an email stating they are suspended my line according to my knowledge from their door to door employee he said I’ll pay R399 once the router has been configured now they say I must pay R627.28 + R599 extra guys watch out we are being reaped off by Vox telecom😡😡
