Vox Telecom - A huge disappointment

I have intermittent internet connectivity issues for more than a month now. They came out to replace the wifi router (without actually doing some basic fault finding), did not even update the software or change the username and password as requested, and left. I experience the same issues as I did before the wifi router was replaced. I phoned numerous times (stay on the line for an hour before I get through) just to be told but the line does not show that it is off at their side. I logged the issue many times, just to get an automatic reply with a reference number. No other feedback, and I still sit with the same issue. I cancelled my subscription today, and I make myself ready for issues with the cancellation as well.
