VOX Telecom a flop to is customers

I am so disappointed with VOX Telecom fibre which I am using it for more than two years but from 29 June 2024 their network is a flop. I am working from home and now struggling to connect of which I have to buy data whilst I am paying them in advance every month. There are not communication with customers but what they expect is for customers to call them in their Customer Care number which you'll have to wait for 30 mins before they answer your call. I would not recommend any person to use it. Please VOX Telecom try to improve your service and communicate with your customers on your network disruptions because you are failing them and will also loose them.
