Vox Telecom
My internet has been down since Saturday the 30th. I have sent email and logged tickets, but nothing happens. If you call their technical department on *** you are 7th in line and that's where you stay. And if you get through, they log another ticket and can't give you any answers at all. My debit order was deducted on the 2nd and I'm still without internet. There are no after sales services. I would not advise people to join Vox.

06 Apr 2024, 13:04One of Vox's technical team contacted me Friday evening 20H00, and said that they will investigate the matter and give me feedback Saturday 09H00. Well, clear proof that there is no Customer Service. I'm still waiting for that feedback. The best part is, you have to pay to cancel the contract with Vox Telecom.
