Vox telecom

Good day Vox called me and said everything is sorted out and now it's showing vox telecom - r913.00 up till now and who must pay that money and who is paying the overdraft fees on that acc it doesn't help them calling me and promising me that everything is sorted out but nothing is done how can I take further steps with this problem cause now my name is in the black cause of Vox and there Clint tell i need to use my acc and i need my name clear I had no credit from no one and now i still owe vox and they should pay my fees for my banking fee for the past 4 months which they started debating money from my account and i had no outstanding money on my acc and now its in the mins- 913.00 and it's a check acc and i have to pay r110.0 every month so for the 4 months r440.00 goes to for all this charges and R65 *4 months r260.00 and that's overdraft and interest which i must pay for their stupid clint tell i have to pay for something that i don't even own at all there big boss should come to my flat and see for himself and fire the people who accept my account without coming to the place to see what's going on they only give you empty promises that's it vox is and bad network with Clint tell empty promises and again empty promises
