Experienced difficulty with internet connection since October last year. This morning Tebogo Makhetha truly took his time and assisted us getting the problem solved. If it was not for his intervention this morning , i was going to cancel my 14 year relationship with Vox telecom and simply goes somewhere else. Wish to commend Tebogo for his excellent service.
