Vox Telecom

After several calls and email to Vox Telecom with lots of frustration, I tried a different department. I called the technical department and I spoke to a Mr Kagiso Molotsi who was extremely helpful and prompt in assisting me. I was ready to cancel my account with Vox Telecom, however having such a splendid person assist me I changed my mind. A big thank you to Kagiso Molotsi.
