VOX Telecom

We have decided to take a chance on VOX fibre. We have been with Herotel (formerly known as CLOUD CONNECT). We had an 6 MBPS line at Herotel and were informed by VOX that we can get a 50 MBPS line (download speed) and 5 MBPS (upload speed) for the same price we paid to Herotel. WOW... we thought... big was our disappointment after we've made the change. Our wifi disconnects all the time... I contacted their support line... to my dismay they can't or won't help. I am so fed up with this poor service delivery. I think it is time for the businesses to up their standards and start employing people that want to work and can be an accession to their business... why do we always have to endure *********** people???? I believe we will be leaving this business fairly soon and I won't in the least bit feel anything but joyous.

Up your game VOX TELECOM... you're a pathetic service provider
