Vox telecom

I am a vox telecom client have a problem with them on delivering a service too me my router got taken out due to weather i reported it on 05/12/2020 and still i am waiting for a reply from them phoned many times that i was only told they will phone me back. Good service proveder butt solving issues very bad.
